Funeral and Memorial Ceremonies
I give a funeral ceremony the attention it deserves.
Every funeral ceremony should be different for one person is different from the next. My first approach is to listen to you, the next step is to learn about the person I’m doing the ceremony for. This takes time. You have choices, and I can explain them to you.
A quality, personalised ceremony on average takes me 15-20 hours to put together deliver.
With my professional drama training, I bring a strong and steady presence to all my ceremonies. It’s my intention to bring out the stories of a person’s life in order to create an authentic picture of their character and spirit.
Some funeral rites of passage include a eulogy and burial. Others are celebrated in parks, venues or any space that reflects the person to whom you are paying tribute.
My skill is finding the essence of your loved one and putting it into words that have feeling and meaning. This is powerful work and doesn’t come easily. It requires skill, an open heart, an ability to hold space and be present to those left behind.
Most of the feedback I get is that I’m professional, high quality, approachable and compassionate.
